At Pixelzz Creative Studio, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, original creative work tailored to each client’s unique needs. Please review the following terms and conditions related to our creative services:
Original Work Guarantee
All designs, illustrations, and content produced by Pixelzz are original and created specifically for you. We do not use templates or recycled assets unless agreed upon in advance. Custom work is crafted with care, reflecting your brand’s voice, goals, and vision.
Turnaround & Rush Fees
We’re happy to accommodate tight timelines when possible, but additional fees may apply:
- Rush Fee (projects needed within 72 hours): +25%
- Weekend Work (when requested or required): +15%
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions, which will be detailed in your estimate or proposal. If additional revisions are needed beyond the agreed scope:
- Additional Rounds of Revision: $150/hr
Project Abandonment & Reactivation Fee
If the project is delayed for 30 days or more due to lack of client response, required content, or feedback, the project will be deemed inactive.
To resume work, a Reactivation Fee of $350 (or 15% of the total project fee, whichever is greater) will be due.
After 60 days of inactivity, the project may be considered abandoned and a new agreement and deposit may be required to restart the project.
Scope & Estimates
Project estimates are based on the initial scope. If changes to the project direction or deliverables arise mid-way, an updated estimate will be provided before additional work begins.
Rights & Usage
Final approved designs may be used across platforms as outlined in our agreement. Pixelzz retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise specified.
Communication & Availability
We strive to respond promptly to all communications during business hours (Mon–Fri). While we occasionally accommodate weekend work, this is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee.
