FONT LICENSING AGREEMENT
This Font Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Pixelzz Creative Studio – Pixelzz Design LLC(“Licensor”) and the individual or entity (“Licensee”) acquiring a license to use the type design (“Font”). By downloading, installing, or using the Font, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:
1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Font as specified in this Agreement.
2. PERMITTED USES
Licensee may use the Font for:
- Personal and commercial projects as defined by the specific license purchased (e.g., Desktop, Web, App, Broadcast).
- Print and digital design, including branding, packaging, social media, and advertisements.
- Web embedding within specified domains under a web font license.
- Use within mobile applications or software if covered by an extended license.
3. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee may not:
- Resell, distribute, sublicense, or share the Font in any form.
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Font.
- Embed the Font in a product that allows third parties to generate customized designs (e.g., templates, generators).
- Convert or reverse-engineer the Font for resale or reproduction.
- Exceed the permitted number of users, domains, or applications as specified in the purchased license.
4. OWNERSHIP
The Font and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Pixelzz Creative Studio – Pixelzz Design LLC. This Agreement does not transfer ownership to the Licensee.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective upon purchase and remains in force unless terminated. If the Licensee breaches any terms, the license is revoked immediately, requiring the Licensee to cease use and destroy all copies of the Font.
6. LIABILITY & WARRANTY
- The Font is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Licensor is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Font.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Font license.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin, USA.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Font, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
